Returns

Shop House & Home works with a variety of retail stores and brands to bring our curated selection of home decor and furniture available to you.  Your order will be packed and shipped to you directly from each of our merchant partners. In, in the event that you wish to make a return, you will need to request a Return Authorization Number from Shop H&H.

1. RETURN POLICY

  • Each item’s return policy will be clearly stated in each item’s product page, and at the checkout.
  • All returnable items have a 14-day return window from the date your order was shipped.
  • The customer is responsible for all return costs.
  • Please note some items may be subject to a restocking fee. These items will have this information about restocking fees clearly stated on the product page. Restocking fees may range from 10-35% of the product price.
  • When a product is listed as Final Sale, it will be noted in on the product page and at checkout.
  • Final Sale conditions include:
    • Most bedding is Final Sale for hygienic purposes. This includes opened sheets, duvets, pillows, pillowcases and bedspreads (some merchants will not accept any returned bedding whether or not its package is sealed. This information will be included on the product’s page.)
    • Opened towels, table cloths and linens
    • Custom Orders that have commenced production
    • Some upholstered furniture
    • Orders shipped to the USA
    • Specified sale items
    • If otherwise stated on the product page
  • Each product must be returned unused, with tags attached, packaging intact, and in its original condition. Our merchant partners reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.
  • In the event of a refusal for a return, the product will be sent back to the original shipping address and you will be notified by email.
  • Please note, Shop H&H tracks the number of returns made by individual customers, and any excessive returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.

2.  RETURNING A PRODUCT

  • If you wish to return an item, and the item is a returnable product, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number within the 14-day return window by contacting Shop H&H's customer service by email or phone
  • We will email you your Return Authorization Number at the email address you provided. This email will include the address where the item must be returned to and the merchant partner’s name.
  • The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Each order must be returned to the merchant partner that shipped it.
  • Shop H&H’s merchant partners will only accept returning packages that include a Shop H&H Return Authorization Number.
  • Pack up your products(s) for safe shipment and clearly indicate the return authorization code on the box or shipping label on the front, top and side. 
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for ensuring the returneproduct is packaged securely to ensure the item is returned undamaged to the vendor. Please use the original packaging, wherever possible, or packaging that is similar in nature to the original packaging.
  • You will have 3 days to complete a return once an authorization code has been emailed to you. You can drop off the package to a carrier of your choice. If your item is large and requires special pick up, Shop H&H will help arrange this for you. If you would like assistance with finding a local shipping carrier or need to arrange a large pick up, please contact Customer Service
  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and approved.

3. REFUND POLICY

  • Shop H&H will refund your payment to the original payment method. Store credit will be credited to your Shop H&H account. Please keep in mind any promotional or discount codes are non-refundable or reusable. You will be refunded the cash value you paid for your product(s).
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a refund. Tthis typically takes five to ten business days, depending on your bank or financial institution.
  • Certain items will be subject to a restocking fee. These items will have any restocking fees clearly stated on the product page. Restocking fees may range from 10-35% of the product price and this will be deducted from the total refund.

4. EXCHANGING AN ORDER

  • Although Shop H&H does not formally offer exchanges, you can return an unwanted product(s) and then purchase the product(s) you want.
